What a wonderful life Elvina lived and what a privilege it was to have her as a founding member of Lincoln Park Village. She only joined, she told me because we needed her... And yes we did! Elvina was optimist, generous and giving. She was always ready to help. She spread the word about the Village by sharing stories and brochures and introducing the Village to others; and was the first to donate to the annual fund. She introduced me to family, friends, Potbelly sandwiches, pumpkin lattes and so much more. She touched the lives of so many of us and I will always remember her!
